Deaf and hearing impaired boccia competition

Boccia is an indoor paralympic sport played with soft leather balls.  It requires skill, tactics and a cool head in the face of tension!

The children travelled to Harlow to take part in the competition, which included chidren from both primary and secondary schools.

They were fabulous ambassadors for our school, playing enthusiastically and behaving impecably all day; a few photos are available here.  We are looking forward to the next competition already!
